Tijdens Freshtival is in ieder hoekje en gaatje wel iets te beleven. Een ontdekkingsreis op zich. Ontdek de knusse chillplekjes tussen de bomen, de kleurrijke versieringen die van tak naar tak slingeren, de kampvuurtjes op het strand, het verfrissende water en alle secret area’s – benieuwd of je ze vindt. En dan hebben we het nog niet eens over de overweldigende stages… Kom mee!
Waar je ook staat of naar onderweg bent, je kijkt je ogen uit. Vanaf de eerste minuut dat je binnen bent. Ze hebben de gekste en meest uitbundige stages: kleurrijk, groots of juist piepklein en verstopt. Zo kon je vorig jaar roze kerken in, keek je je ogen uit bij de grootste mainstages, feestte je op piepkleine party-eilandjes, ging je tekeer in geheime toiletarea’s én ravede je in caravans alsof je leven ervan afhing. Tel daar lasers, vuurkanonnen, kilo’s confetti en grandioos vuurwerk bovenop en je hebt de ultieme mix die jouw weekend onvergetelijk maakt.
Freshtival Weekend in Enschede in 2025 vindt plaats op 6 t/m 8 juni 2025. Momenteel is er nog weinig bekend. Houd deze pagina en onze socials in de gaten voor meer informatie.

Voor de meeste mensen zal de naam Defqon 1 als muziek in de oren klinken. Sinds 2003 wordt dit festival georganiseerd en biedt het genres als hardstyle, hardcore en uptempo aan het publiek. Het festival wordt ieder jaar weer georganiseerd en kan zichzelf hiernaast het grootste hard dance-festival ter wereld noemen. De organisatie biedt ieder jaar honderdduizend kaarten aan die als warme broodjes over de toonbank gaan. Op Defqon 2024 zijn er net als voorgaande edities tien podia te bezoeken. Nog een leuk feitje, Defqon 1 trekt bezoekers aan verspreid over 110 verschillende landen. Samen geniet deze multiculturele bijeenkomst van de geweldige lasers en movingheads.
Ieder jaar laat de organisatie één artiest of artiestenduo een ‘Defqon-Anthem’ maken. Een Defqon-Anthem is een nummer dat het festival omschrijft. De titel van het Defqon-Anthem is ook de naam van de editie. In 2022 werd dit door D-Block & S-te-Fan gedaan met de naam ‘Primal Energy’. In 2023 werd dit gedaan door het hardstyle duo Sub Zero Project. Na een geslaagde editie in 2023 zullen de verwachtingen voor de komende editie niet mals zijn. Maar Defqon 2024 zal zonder enige twijfel niet tegenvallen!
Overnachten is ideaal wanneer je niet op en neer wilt rijden van het festivalterrein naar huis. Hiervoor zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden geregeld. Wij hebben de mogelijke overnachtingsopties voor je op een rijtje gezet.
Ben je in het bezit van een weekendticket en ga je overnachten in een van de overnachtingsaccommodaties? Dan heb jij toegang tot de beste afterparty’s van Defqon 2024. De afterparty’s beginnen na de laatste show van de dag die om 23:00 eindigt. Dit betekent dus dat de afterparty’s van 23:00 tot 01:00 zullen zijn. Kortom, Defqon 2024 belooft een groot feest zowel tijdens als na de optredens! Heb je na 01:00 uur nog steeds zin in een afterparty? Wij helpen je er graag bij! Bouw de perfecte afterparty met onderstaande producten, dan zal niemand nee zeggen tegen een after!
Met een groep vrienden nog even naar het Zeeuwse strand. Vooraan staan bij je favoriete artiest. Op de dam liggen met een biertje en lekker eten. Een rondje in het reuzenrad en met een cocktail in de hand kijken naar de zonsondergang.
Op Concert at SEA is inmiddels meer te beleven dan op een gewoon muziekfestival. Er gebeurt er elk jaar wel iets bijzonders, zowel op het podium als ervoor. Er rijden, lopen en vliegen straattheateracts over het terrein en er is een uitgebreid assortiment aan eten en drinken met aandacht voor al het lekkers dat Zeeland te bieden heeft.
“We zijn erg trots op wat we de afgelopen jaren op de Brouwersdam hebben neergezet”, vertelt Paskal Jakobsen. “We hebben al heel wat geweldige artiesten mogen ontvangen op ons podium. De absolute Nederlandse topacts zoals Kensington, Anouk, Guus Meeuwis, Broederliefde, Marco Borsato, Ilse DeLange en Kane. Ook onze goede vrienden van Counting Crows en buitenlandse gasten als Sting, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, George Ezra, Alanis Morissette, Lenny Kravitz, Faithless, Passenger, Gavin James, Tom Odell, Bastille, LIVE, Maria Mena, K’s Choice en Tom Chaplin (Keane) kwamen spelen.”
Concert at SEA wordt door de bezoekers geroemd om de gezellige en ontspannen sfeer op het festivalterrein. Dat heeft volgens Jakobsen niet alleen met de fantastische locatie van het festival te maken.
“Een paar jaar geleden leek het ons leuk om van Concert at SEA een driedaags festival te maken. Dat is heel goed uitgepakt en het festival is echt een bestemming geworden. Steeds meer mensen kiezen ervoor om lekker een paar dagen in Zeeland te blijven. Ze komen eerder of blijven wat langer en slapen op een camping of boeken het bungalowarrangement. De sfeer op het terrein is er ook naar, heel relaxed, iedereen staat heel erg open om leuke dingen te beleven en heeft het gevoel op vakantie te zijn.”
Concert at SEA is elk jaar op zoek naar nieuwe manieren om het milieu te respecteren. Zo worden bekers ingezameld en gerecycled, zijn shirts klimaatneutraal gefabriceerd en is het eten en drinken – naast heel erg lekker – veelal biologisch! Alle CO2-uitstoot die de bezoekers en organisatie produceren wordt achteraf gecompenseerd via het eigen Umoja Klimaat en Ontwikkelingsfonds van BLØF waarmee inmiddels meerdere projecten in Nepal en Bhutan zijn gerealiseerd.

DGTL is highly aware of its environmental impact and aims to be the most sustainable festival on the planet and invests heavily in reducing carbon footprint. Not only is the festival known for its plant-based food court and being free of single-use plastics, DGTL became fully sustainable and circular in 2022.
DGTL is much more than a festival; it is a global concept, an event that is present all around the world. Born in Amsterdam in 2013, DGTL has now grown into becoming a global brand with editions in Mumbai, New Delhi (IN), Santiago (CL), São Paulo (BR), and many more to come.
Milkshake Festival is an open-minded electronic dance festival that has made its mark in the city centre of Amsterdam. Born from the thought ‘everything is possible’ Milkshake shows that entertainment, music choice, choice of clothing, and status have nothing to do with sexuality. In previous years there have been 9 stages per day that showcase (inter)national event organizations, artists, and performance artists. The most played genres are electronic, house, disco, pop, techno, R&B, and dancehall.
Milkshake is more than just a party, it’s about community and cultures, statements, social impact, and creating awareness. Aiming to help guide everyone to the same place of being activists and empowering each other is what we believe should be implemented into daily routine. We encourage all Milkshake visitors to align with our values in order to create an inclusive and safe environment for everyone to feel welcome.
We are working towards global unity, love, peace, and acceptance. Our intention is to create and give a platform to artists and performance artists that belong to underrepresented groups that are not yet wholly accepted in our society. Whenever we feel like the world needs a sprinkle of all the goodness that Milkshake Festival has to offer, we take the party indoors. There are multiple rooms to explore, offering an array of various music genres, vogue balls or performances. Previous editions have been held at Ahoy in Rotterdam and in Amaze during Amsterdam Dance Event.
Love has no borders! The Milkshake team adores spreading love around the globe and in 2017 and 2018 we co-produced Milkshake Festival in São Paulo and created some unforgettable moments.
Each year, Milkshake partners with the For All Who Love Foundation. This foundation pays special attention to marginalized groups in 4 pillars: LGBTQIA +, the elderly, people with disabilities, and supports projects against racism and discrimination.
Over a thousand LGBTQIA+ visitors with psychological and/or physical disabilities and their caretakers find their way to the Westerpark in Amsterdam to enjoy a full-blown festival experience. Every year volunteers make it possible to enjoy an afternoon full of music, wonderful DJs, vibrant dancers, various activities, and delicious food and drinks.
